A group of friends had dinner during restaurant week at Chef Keegan Gerhard's D Bar to visit Matt Parsons, the general manager who we all knew from the University Club. I would describe the food as "dishes like mom used to make if mom went to culinary school and was a novelist." Creative, bold, imaginative comfort food and desserts.
We had a remarkable dinner and I am craving for their souffle as I write this. At this restaurant, don't skip dessert.
